Refund policy

All my pieces are custom-made upon order. The turnaround time is typically 10-14 weeks AFTER we have received your inclusions. This is only an estimation.

Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, which are crafted to order, I cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. You have 24 hours after your payment to cancel your order. In the event that this happens, you are subjected to a 25% cancellation fee. There is absolutely no refunds on shipping fees. In cases where a ring is ordered in an incorrect size and a different size is desired, a fee of $50 will apply to all silver rings, and a fee of $200 or more will apply to all solid gold rings. Should you receive an incorrectly sized ring through no fault of your own, I will bear the cost.

Each piece is distinct and unique. Expect variations as no two pieces are alike. Air bubbles and imperfections are also very normal for custom jewelry. The inclusions you provide will differ from others in color and texture, resulting in a unique appearance in your piece compared to others. We do not issue refunds or exchanges based on these variations.

Damages and issues
If you do receive a defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt to determine the most appropriate resolution. Note that for defective items, we require the return of the piece for a thorough inspection to decide on the necessary reparations or replacement.
